Warranties and Guarantees

1. Window Film Warranty: All 3M window films installed by Premier Window Tinting are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects in material and workmanship. Terms may vary by product type.

2. Paint Protection and Ceramic Coatings: We guarantee the quality of our paint protection and ceramic coating services. However, warranty coverage for wear and tear, improper care, or accidents is limited.

3. Wraps: Vehicle wraps are warrantied for adhesion and material quality. Improper maintenance or modifications by third parties will void the warranty.

4. Exclusions: Warranty claims do not cover damages due to accidents, negligence, improper care, or natural wear and tear.

Pricing and Payments

1. Quotes and Estimates: All quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Payment Terms: Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Deposit: A deposit may be required for certain services, such as custom wraps. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Discounts and Offers

1. Non-Combination Policy: Offers, promotions, and discounts cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.

2. Time-Limited Promotions: All offers and discounts are subject to expiration dates and may be withdrawn at Premier Window Tinting’s discretion.

Liability and Disclaimers

1. Service Limitations: Premier Window Tinting is not liable for pre-existing damage to vehicles or property. Customers are encouraged to inspect their property before and after service.

3. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for following all care and maintenance instructions provided for window films, paint protection, ceramic coatings, and wraps.

Refunds and Cancellations

1. Refund Policy: Refunds are issued only in cases of proven service or product defects. Refunds are not available for services already rendered unless otherwise determined by Premier Window Tinting.

2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel within this time may result in a cancellation fee.
